I thought it was a very well run event. There was plenty of marketplace time which is what we need as exhibitors. Great that it was all in the same room- some we go to have a separate room at lunch and we don't get to see the delegates and lunch is often a key time. The marketplace bingo is a brilliant idea- again, it means the delegates come and engage with us.

Cross-Curricular Orienteering

It was great to be able to share ideas with other school to get understanding on what works and what doesn't, being able to discuss how other PE leads overcome barriers and to be able to reflect on the work currently done in my school and be able to say that I am doing a good job!

We thought the event was very well ran, full of great energy and very well organised and we would love to attend again please!

Driving footfall and interactions

At last year’s conference, we implemented a stamp initiative to drive footfall and foster networking opportunities for exhibitors, which turned out to be a massive success in promoting interaction between exhibitors and attendees.

As an exhibitor, we encourage you to contribute a free trial or a small prize for our prize draw. Attendees will then visit each stand in the marketplace, collecting stamps along the way. At the end of the day, all attendees who have visited every stall will be entered into the prize draw. This strategy not only guarantees increased foot traffic at your stand but also provides a prime opportunity for engaging in meaningful conversations with key decision-makers.
