FAQs
Yes, all of our before and after-school wraparound care settings are registered with OFSTED. A full list of our settings can be found on the OFSTED website along with setting registration numbers. https://reports.ofsted.gov.uk/provider/49/2638440
Yes, as PH ActiveEd are an Ofsted registered provider it means we can accept payment by childcare vouchers or Tax-Free Childcare. To book using childcare vouchers just follow our simple online booking process and select the 'pay by childcare voucher' option on the payment page. A full list of childcare vouchers is available here.
If your childcare voucher company is not listed, don't panic. Contact us and a member of the team will see if we can be of assistance.
For our most up-to-date prices, please login to our parent portal, or contact us directly and ask for the prices at your child’s setting.

If you are running late to collect, please contact the team at your child’s club via the site phone number to let them know and then keep them updated Contact Our Clubs. Late fees do apply, for full terms and conditions, click here.
Yes – as long as they are listed as an authorised collector on your account and can provide your child’s collection password.
If it’s a one-off or emergency arrangement, please contact our Head Office directly to give verbal consent. We’ll always do our best to accommodate, but we must prioritise safety at all times.

We are an inclusive provider and as part of the registration process, we ask parents of children with additional needs to complete a Pupil Personal Profile to share more information about their child’s needs. This allows us to assess how best to support them and ensure we have the appropriate staffing and resources in place.For more information, please view our Equalities Policy.
Yes, a session can be cancelled at any time, and if done so 24 hours in advance of the session start time, you will be entitled to a credit back onto your booking account. Full terms and conditions can be viewed here.
We offer a wide range of fun and engaging activities to suit all interests and energy levels. Children can enjoy board games, arts and crafts, LEGO and construction play, physical activities and games, as well as opportunities to relax, read or complete homework.
Our sessions are designed to offer a balance of active, creative and calm experiences – giving children the freedom to choose what they enjoy most after a busy day at school.
Yes – we provide a light snack on arrival, such as a piece of fruit or rice cakes, to keep children going after the school day.
A more substantial snack is then offered later in the session (usually after the first pick-up time), which may include wraps, pittas or sandwiches with a variety of fillings, along with vegetable sticks and dips.
Our food offering is designed to be nutritious, balanced and suitable for children’s needs during wraparound hours.
No – there’s no need to provide food from home. We just ask that you share full details of your child’s allergy when registering, so we can ensure their dietary needs are safely and appropriately catered for.

Arrival to club, where children are registered and there are games and other quiet activities available
08:00 – 08:15
Breakfast, which consists of cereal or porridge, toast with a variety of spreads or crumpets
08:15 – start of the school day
Games and arts activities or a mild/moderate physical activity
After-School Club
End of School Day – 15:45
Arrival at club, where children are registered, and a small healthy snack is served (rice cakes, breadsticks, dips, fruit and veg)
16:00 – 16:30
Organised craft activity, board games, Lego or free play
16:30 – Collection
A more substantial snack is served (wraps, sandwiches, pittas with cheese, meat and vegetables, in additional to fruit and dips)
Organised Physical Activity or free play with encouragement to be active.
