2025 Highlights

Inspiring keynotes, including Vanessa King (afPE), set a powerful tone by highlighting the lifelong impact of high-quality PE. Practical workshops covered everything from curriculum planning to inclusive practice, leaving delegates equipped with ideas they could implement straight away.

The event also offered valuable networking opportunities, with professionals sharing experiences, ideas, and support. Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with many praising the day’s energy and high-quality content.

The keynote speakers were amazing and the range of workshops have been very useful.

The practical element was great and so useful for the gymnastics. Huge takeaways. I really loved the first keynote speaker and the importance of play and how we can ensure it is embedded in our school.

It can be quite daunting coming to these things on your own but PH ActiveEd scooped me right up at the door and I felt right at ease. The keynote note speakers were informative, inspiring and empowering. I left the conference feeling reinvigorated to lead PE back in school. Thank you for a truly great conference.

The workshops were varied, full of useful info and knowledge. I definitely think I picked the best ones for what I wanted to gain from the day and I was not disappointed in any of it.

It was great to be able to share ideas with other schools to get understanding on what works and what doesn't, being able to discuss how other PE leads overcome barriers and to be able to reflect on the work currently done in my school and be able to say that I am doing a good job!
